Caitlin Nissen is a South Dakota native who has been practicing in the Rapid City community for over ten years. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Mental Health and is also a Qualified Mental Health Professional. Caitlin prides herself on walking this journey with her clients and helping them identify the best ways to improve their overall mental wellbeing. Caitlin has experience working with adults, adolescents, and couples and a variety of mental health issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, self harming, suicidal ideation, conflict resolution, self esteem, and communication skills.
Felicia is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in the state of South Dakota. She brings a compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy, specializing in working with adolescents and adults navigating a variety of mental health challenges. Her areas of clinical interest include anxiety and panic disorders, depression and mood disorders, ADHD, and co-occurring mental health and substance use.
Felicia is passionate about helping her clients build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and gain deeper insight into their emotional and behavioral patterns. With a warm and supportive style, she fosters a safe space where individuals can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful, lasting change.

Sarah was born and raised in South Dakota and has been living in Rapid City for the last 19 years. Sarah is passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges and empowering them to create the change they want to see in their lives. Sarah's practice is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep belief in every person’s capacity for growth.
Sarah has extensive experience working with individuals who have co-occurring intellectual disabilities and mental health conditions, as well as those living with severe and persistent mental illness. Sarah also enjoys working with people facing depression, anxiety, everyday stressors, identity exploration, and those within the LGBTQ+ community and neurodivergent populations, including individuals with autism.
Sarah's goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and encouraged as they work toward their personal goals. Whether you’re navigating a difficult time or simply seeking positive change, I’m here to walk alongside you in your journey toward wellness.
